Job Summary:​

The Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual as Undergraduate Programmes Administrator. The post is fixed term until July 2021 and is available immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Located within the Department’s Teaching and Learning Support Office, this role will support the delivery of Level 1 and Level 2 of the Department’s Undergraduate programmes by providing efficient and effective support to teaching staff and students.
  • Working closely with other members of the Teaching and Learning Support team and key members of academic staff, the post-holder will help to deliver an excellent student experience to the Department’s undergraduate students.
  • You will be an efficient administrator with excellent IT skills and will have experience of working in a busy office environment.

Requirements:

  • This is a key role that requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, excellent customer services skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • You should be a self-motivated individual who is capable of managing your own workload without close supervision.
  • The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team is also essential.

£21,236 – £23,067 per annum
