Job Summary:

To coordinate the achievement of outstanding customer service by inspiring, developing and supporting your team to surpass performance targets

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service to our customers

    Support the managers in developing the sales team to perform to the best of their ability and achieve all performance targets

    Keep the sales floor well stocked with beautifully presented products

    Lead by example and demonstrate Company values all of the time
