Job Summary:

Our projects are key to achieving world-class education, training and care for everyone, whatever their background, so you might be working on helping to enlarge the teaching workforce; or introducing a new finance and invoice system. This could be the perfect time to apply for our Level 4 apprenticeship as an Associate Project Manager.


  •  Project development
  • Building and monitoring project plans
  • Using project management methodology
  • Preparing reports for a range of stakeholders
  • Engaging with users to understand their needs
  • Monitoring project budgets
  • Evaluating project implementation


  • There are no minimum qualification or minimum experience required for this role
Previous professional project management experience is not required. We are looking for someone to show they can:
  • Handle multiple priorities
  • Use various computer systems including MS Office
  • Work to deadlines
  • Commit to completing the apprenticeship (approximately 18 months)
  • Must have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date.
  • Not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time
  • Please note you will not be eligible to apply for the apprenticeship if you have any degree or degree level qualification or have a project management qualification higher than Level 4 or equivalent.
