Job Summary:

This role will suit someone who is interested in becoming a product manager, or project manager as it combines some strategy and project delivery. You may be just starting out in your career or have a small amount of previous commercial experience and eager to support and learn from the wider team. The tech team develops emerging technologies for marketing including AR, chatbots, and automation tools. We are responsible for continuing to drive R&D throughout the London, New York and Berlin office. We are market leaders in conversational commerce and augmented reality, and are tech partners with Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  • App & Page setup for AR and chatbots
  • Bug fixing
  • Requirement gathering for AR and chatbots
  • Technical scoping
  • Support with resource allocation
  • Help maintain tech job tracker
  • Write & manage user stories in tech tracker
  • Support with sprint management
  • Media planning support (bot discovery)
  • Analytics & reporting
  • Product ideas and refinement
  • Supporting writing presentations, and creative strategies
  • Upkeep toolkits
  • Maintain process documentation

Requirements:

Essential:
  • Knowledge of marketing, media, data, maths, or tech
  • Basic understanding of digital media marketing and/or social media marketing
  • Basic understanding of developing
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex subjects simply
  • Focused under pressure and can get stuff done on a tight deadline
  • Loves learning and teaching new things
  • Great interpersonal and listening skills
  • Very organised, with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and find solutions without help
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and opportunities
  • Basic understanding of AR and Chatbots
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience working in and loving a start-up environment
  • Experience using data visualisation tools
  • Experience working with developers/coding
