Here at Royal Mail, Christmas is our busiest time of year. With so many parcels and letters coming through our warehouse doors, it’s no surprise that we need a few thousand extra helping hands to get everything where it needs to go. That’s why, every year, we hire temporary Mail Centre workers from all different walks of life to help us deliver Christmas across the UK.

There is lots of guidance and support available for you during the application process.
Most roles finish around 24th December, however some roles may continue into January and there may be opportunity to transfer to our in-house agency, Angard. Please speak to your manager on site if you are interested.
How to Apply:
You must upload the correct documents, clearly photographed for us to be able to progress you to the offer stage. These documents must prove your right to work in the UK and your Identification.
We will conduct a criminal record basic check as part of the application process.
The faster you complete each stage, the quicker you can progress and a wider range of shifts will be available at the offer stage.
Start dates are from 2nd November on into December.
Inductions may be up to two weeks before your start date.
