Job Summary:

We are looking for a trainee to join our Business Development team. The role will initially be focused in the marketing team, with a view to developing further and becoming a Business Development Manager for Peartree. Your initial role will be to contact prospective clients by phone, email and on-line media platforms, engage and build relationships, to promote our business and generate sales activity. You will be provided full training and a development programme to build your confidence and ability to eventually join our field sales operation. We would welcome you on board with open arms and road map you on a journey to success, so you can live your best life!


  • We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enthusiastic. You must be adept at thinking on your feet and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You will need to be IT literate and have a good level of knowledge of Excel, Word and Power-point. Training will be provided on our internal CMS systems and sales process.
  • You should possess a good level of accuracy, solid written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner.


  • We will provide full training and a development plan to help you grow and progress your career within Peartree. Our expectation is that you will develop in to a Field Sales Executive and on to a Business Development Manager, and you will be rewarded accordingly.
  • Join us and, in addition to your salary, you can expect a good commission package, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) and pension contribution , after a qualifying period.
  • You will be provided with a mentor, plus a tailored development plan, helping you to succeed in this role.
