Our Apprentice role is a 6-month internship, giving individuals who are passionate about delivering change in the public sector the opportunity to develop and deploy management consultancy skills. We are interested in helping to shape your career as a management consultant and therefore do not require you to have any relevant professional experience, just the drive to improve public services.
To work proactively as part of PPL, with responsibility for supporting more senior colleagues in client delivery, internal projects and business development.
This will entail:
Supporting client and internal programmes, projects and resources
Supporting internal and client resources to deliver sustained positive change
Supporting the delivery of defined customer outcomes
Supporting the development of existing client relationships and fostering new ones
Supporting the analysis and definition of business strategies
A clear commitment to supporting better outcomes from public and community services
A passion for professional growth and development, both for themselves and others
A good academic record, with good numeracy and writing skills
An analytical approach to problem-solving
A professional manner, strong interpersonal and team working skills
£18-21,000 per annum
