Job Summary:

We are looking for someone with communication skills and experience using various computer software packages including Microsoft Office. You will need to be confident and take the initiative in identifying priorities and sharing with your team to secure the most effective outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Send and respond to email enquiries
  • Gathering and inputting data
  • Handling projects
  • Preparing reports
  • Organising meetings

Requirements:

  • Understanding of using Microsoft Packages
  • Ability to speak to people over the telephone and face to face
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise workloads
  • Good written communication skills
  • Must have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date.
  • Not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time
  • Please note you will not be eligible to apply for the apprenticeship if you have any degree or degree level qualification, or have a business administration qualification higher than Level 3 or equivalent.
